In addition to local computing resources available to our group, one can access computing cluster available for researchers in the College of Engineering cac for long heavy simulations. In order to access the cluster, follow the getting started page Getting Started.

Running MATLAB on Cluster

One doesn't need to write a script to submit MATLAB jobs to the cluster. MATLAB Distributed Computing Toolkit provides an interface to batch-queuing systems and will, given the appropriate MATLAB commands, submit jobs to your queuing system. The following link contains the sample MATLAB code to submit job to the cluster MATLAB/DCT.
