Editor's Assistant (EDAS)

EDAS is a online service offered by EDAS Conference Services LLC in New Jersey. It manages the paper submission and review process for many conferences, workshops, and journals.

PDF Font Embedding

Papers submitted through EDAS must be in PDF format. The EDAS online checking tool verifies the manuscript for formatting restrictions (page limit, single or two column paper, font size, etc.). A common error obtained when using the PDF checker is about missing embedded fonts. Often, this problem can be solved by just converting your document to PDF using the CutePDF writer which is the free version of the commercial PDF creation software.
